From set up to show time, Sharko’s Catering has you covered. We catered a wonderful event at the View At 55th Place for 200 guests. We started with some heavy hors d’oeuvres that consisted of petite roasted potatoes, fruit cups, coconut shrimp, and egg rolls. As guests entered the concert, we set up our late night snack station made up of mini sliders with grilled onions, arugula, and condiments. We also set up a lovely pretzel rack with warm cheese sauce and condiments. Although the whole menu was mainly small bites, our guest left full and happy. An intimate backyard wedding with sage green and ivory color themes made this event spectacular and elegant. We served our prime rib carved to the order, baked salmon in our lemon caper sauce, penne pasta with alfredo, green beans almondine, roasted potatoes, and a Caesar salad.

There’s nothing like an intimate brunch time wedding at a local Airbnb. We served heavy hors d’oeuvres such as our teriyaki chicken skewers, baked salmon skewers, and a chipotle Churrasco skewer. These heavier skewers were accompanied with asparagus roll ups, deviled eggs, cocktail shrimp, roasted potatoes, and our homemade mini chicken pot pies.

A throwback to an extraordinary event we catered for Drive Time. For over 500 guests, we included food options all around the world. From Bao buns and Bahn Mi to Arepas and tacos, we brought a little touch of everything. Our chefs cooked on site and put together mini chicken pot pies, funnel fries, Arancini balls, meatballs, and salad shakers. So proud of our team for pulling off such a large event of this sale and look forward to challenging ourselves in the future.

Yesterday we catered an intimate gathering for a wonderful couple! We served our coconut shrimp, roasted petite potatoes, and Italian meatballs for appetizers. Dinner was followed by our herb crusted sirloin carved order, au gratin potatoes, green beans Morocco, and a tossed garden salad. The evening was finished by a wonderful dessert spread of cupcakes and mini desserts. We loved working at The View at 55th Place and look forward to working many more events at this wonderful venue.

We had the pleasure of catering a beautiful event for 200 guests at Saint Francis Xavier, featuring six thoughtfully curated stations. We served our carving station with roasted turkey and beef tenderloin, a vibrant brunch display, paella and shrimp cocktail, fresh salads, indulgent desserts, and refreshing beverages—every detail was crafted to delight.
