Our first soft opening day back honestly meant everything to us. Seeing so many familiar faces walk through those doors again brought back so many memories and reminded us exactly why we fought so hard for this second chance. The love, patience, support, and energy today was unreal.

We do want to apologize in advance if we didnā€™t get the chance to personally greet everyone. We were fully locked in trying to get back into our groove in the kitchen while making sure every order went out right. This week is all about getting our rhythm back, training our team, and preparing for full operation again. Thank you for rocking with us through it all šŸ™

Today we fire up the grills and start prepping for our Soft Opening Week!

Weā€™re beyond excited to serve you all again. Please keep in mind this is a soft opening, so our menu will be limited and hours will be shorter this week. Starting next week, weā€™ll be back to our regular schedule.

Weā€™re also getting back into our rhythm in this space while bringing on new team members, so we truly appreciate your patience as we dial everything in.

We want to take a moment to truly thank our communityā€¦ for every memory youā€™ve shared with us from Camelback, for every message, every word of encouragement, and for giving us the motivation to keep going.

Itā€™s been 9 years since we started this journey with nothing but a plancha and a dream.

There have been hard daysā€¦ hard weeksā€¦ hard monthsā€¦ even hard years. But through it all, itā€™s always been worth it. No matter how tough things got, walking away never felt like an option.

In 2025, we lost our last restaurant(Glendale)ā€¦ and with it, so much of what we had worked so hard to build. We faced heavy debt, uncertainty, and moments where it was hard to see any light ahead.

But weā€™ve always been a family run business.

This is more than just a restaurantitā€™s my husband, my sons, my daughterā€¦ our whole family. And when things got tough, it affected all of us. Everyone had to step away and take on fulltime jobs just to get by.

But the moment we heard the news about Camelbackā€¦ there was no hesitation.

After long days of work and school, my family is locking in ready to help rebuild, ready to believe again. Not because itā€™s easyā€¦ but because this dream means everything to us.

As a mother, I canā€™t even begin to explain how grateful I am for that kind of support. To stand together as a family, even when things feel impossibleā€¦ thatā€™s what keeps us going.

This comeback isnā€™t just about reopening a restaurant.

Itā€™s about resilience. Itā€™s about familia... Itā€™s about never giving up on something you love.

And most importantlyā€¦ itā€™s about all of you who never stopped believing in us.

Prices are up, risks are realā€¦ even something as simple as limes costing triple reminds us how tough these times are.

But we didnā€™t come this far to fold.

We believe in our brand. We believe in what weā€™ve built. And most importantlywe believe in our community. Youā€™ve been with us through the highs and the lows, and thatā€™s why we know this isnā€™t the end of our storyā€¦ itā€™s just the rebuild.
