My Husband and I were just a normal everyday couple that did normal everyday things. We woke up early every morning, went to work, worked hard for every dollar we made, came home in the evening, watched a little TV, had dinner and went to bed. We eventually were blessed with a perfect, beautiful little boy named Nicholas. Little did we know at the time, th

at the meaning of Nicholas was, to conquer, be victorious, to prevail. Eight weeks after our little Nico was born, we discovered devastating news; he had a rare brain tumor. Our days went from being normal and routine to being foreign, with overwhelming grief and sadness. While our Son was in the Hospital fighting for his life, I lost my job. “I had been gone too long”. We were left trying to survive on one income, and as you can imagine, that was a losing battle. Our Son however was winning his, against all odds and living up to his name. A few years later, my Husband lost his job. We decided at that time, to invest everything we had into a small business, selling high quality, all natural, best tasting meat at a reasonable price. In 2009, Nick’s Meat Company was born. We never wanted another company to ever put us in a position that our livelihood would be at risk. We had confidence in ourselves, and most importantly in our product. We also wanted to create something that years down the road could help with our Son’s ongoing care and give us the flexibility required to meet all of his needs. We proudly serve Arizona and New Mexico and would love the opportunity to share the best Steaks, Chicken and Sea Food around, with you.
