one of the biggest pieces of feedback we received from customers in warmer climates (looking at you, arizona ☀️) was that filling could soften or shift during shipping, especially heading into summer.

so we fixed it.

our new filling packet machine is officially up and running, giving us more precise control over every pancake sandwich we make. that means cleaner production, more consistent filling distribution, and better product quality from our facility to your doorstep.

bonus? we can now dial in exactly how much filling goes into each sandwich, creating a more balanced bite every time.

more control. better consistency. same pancake sandwich you know and love.

we tried not to play favorites. we really did.

but the strawberries & cream pancake sandwich keeps making its way back to the top of the list 🍓🥞

soft pancakes, sweet cream filling, real strawberry flavor, and currently the reason nobody in the office can stop snacking.

safe to say we’re a little obsessed.

big news from the factory 👀

our new filling packet machine just arrived, and it’s about to be a game changer.

soon, every PancakeNow sandwich will come with its own filling packet, so you can add exactly as much (or as little) as you want. more control, less mess, and the same ridiculously good flavors you already love.

because when it comes to strawberries & cream, cookies & cream, or classic maple, we figured you should be the one calling the shots. 🥞

our favorite part is watching people try PancakeNow for the first time 🥞

everybody has the same reaction: low expectations, weird protein takes, one bite, then immediately asking where they can get more.

jeff dropped off a fresh batch of pancake sandwiches, so if you’re heading through phoenix, live nearby, or find yourself around the PHX airport, you can now grab your favorite breakfast on the go.

because airport runs, early mornings, and skipping breakfast should never have to go together.
