There was a slight set back (4 hours), but I am making the best of it!

Limited supply of baked goods and our lite-fare breakfast menu is full swing.

I had the honor & pleasure of having my very first intern completing her culinary internship, Ellie.
Being asked to take on an intern from the Citi Culinary Arts program is an accomplishment & path of success in my opinion.
