Special menu today: it’s all about the bites and granola! These are vegan, gf, low sugar. Two bites options: peanut butter, gf oats with chia seeds, toasted coconut, and in almond butter, coconut, flax seeds, figs. Super tasty, won’t spike blood sugars, very filling. The granola along with the bites satisfies my sweet tooth and appetite. I have plenty today, come check it out! Other menu items today are brownies and treats. Always made with my fresh milled whole wheat flour and top ingredients! We are 8-1p, row F5.

Meet my new beast in my kitchen! I’m trying not to be intimidated by it, so the first thing I made was a cake! Cuz- why not?!! It helped me get to know it and not be afraid of it! After having a go with it today, we’re possibly going to be friends!! The cake is delicious! So, that helps!! It’s hard learning new things, but I do like the challenge! This runs on WiFi and manually, a large 7 qrt bowl, has a scale and timer built in it 😳. This could possibly be a really good workhorse for me this season!! Very exciting!! If you’re in my area, stop by for some cake!! 🍰
