Persepshen is comprised of husband and wife, Jason and Katherine Dwight. A couple of food lovers with a passion for bringing the most delicious eats to as many people as possible. Professionally trained and world traveled, Jason and Katherine are focused on an old way of life. A time where no part of the process was skimped or handed off to machine. A day when food was naturally, organically and locally grown, and every bit of it was used...nothing wasted. Persepshen is about creating the most wholesome, natural and delicious foods. Foods which will awaken your senses, nourish your body and keep you coming back for more.
