It’s soup szn, pickle lovers! 🥣

Whether it’s a rainy day, football Sunday, or you’re just craving something cozy, we’ve got the recipe for you.

Creamy Dill Pickle Soup made with our signature Mrs. Klein’s Dill Pickles 💚

Recipe:

- 3 tbsp salted butter
- 1 diced yellow onion
- 3 ribs celery, diced
- 1 carrot, finely diced
- 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 Yukon gold potatoes (about 1 lb), diced
- 1 ½ cups finely diced Mrs. Klein’s Dill Pickles ✨
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ⅔ cup sour cream (+ extra for garnish)
- Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

👩‍🍳 Directions:
Sauté butter, onion, celery & carrot until soft. Add flour, cook 1 min. Stir in broth, potatoes, pickles & dried dill. Simmer 30 mins. Mash to thicken, then stir in sour cream and simmer 3–5 more mins. Garnish & serve!

When leaving out snacks for Santa, don’t forget our friends doing the real work. 😉🦌

Carrots are soooo 2008. 🥕❌ Reindeer actually prefer cold, crunchy dill pickles after their long trip from the North Pole. 🥒✨

Pickle juice actually helps with muscle cramps, and after pulling Santa all night, Rudolph & crew deserve a proper snack! 😆💚

Your kids will be so excited when the pickles are gone… because let’s be real, you won’t be able to resist either.
