Char Wars Competition BBQ

Char Wars Competition BBQ We are a competition BBQ team based in Phoenix, AZ. We have been smoking meats for years, but in 2012 we set our sights on serving the judges.

We view BBQ as a means to spend time with those we enjoy being with, enable others to experience what BBQ means to us, and preserve the tradition of American BBQ. We continue to practice and serve at various events in preparation for entering the local KCBS competition circuit in 2013. Team Lead and Chief Cook: Ray Sawyer
