Extensive worldwide travel has enhanced his expert knowledge of the Sausage making business. Joërg acquired his Masters Degree in 1985 which has reinforced his experience as a businessman as well as an expert in the tradition of fine German Sausage. From one generation to another, the "German Sausage Company's" reputation has grown in richness.
