This take on Chocobananas, cultivated by Chef Kelsey, is the finale to the Cuban-inspired menu for our client’s birthday celebration: translating her journey from Cuba on the Peter Pan Flights and her memories of growing up in Little Havana into a menu full of meaning.

Thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and delicious enough to linger long after the last course, this final bite brings her story to the table one last time. Featuring whipped honey-banana pudding, carmelized bananas and a chocolate cage, we made the finale a bite to remember!

For this bespoke 70th birthday dinner, our client’s journey shaped every thoughtful detail. Having come to the U.S. from Cuba on the Peter Pan Flights when she was around 7 years old and growing up in the Little Havana area of Miami, she wanted to feature some of her fondest food memories in her birthday celebration.

From the menu’s personal story to every beautifully plated dish, this was more than dinner: it was a delicious trip through memories, milestones, and thoughts of her 1st home. ❤️
