I made banana nut cupcakes three ways. Mini cupcakes on the top, full size cupcakes bottom left and little Bundt cakes bottom right all of them are garnished with vanilla icing and nuts.

The hubby and I used leftover skirt steak and store-bought taco bowls to make our own taco salads for dinner. You can use any kind of protein. We had some refried beans in the pantry and ate three meals off of leftovers!!

I did something new the other day. One of my daughters coworkers asked me to prep chicken cutlets for him. He bought the chicken breasts and other ingredients and I prepped 16 pounds of chicken cutlets for him to put back in his freezer for future use.

This was supposed to be a peach pie but it was too juicy so now it's a peach cobbler 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️. You got to learn to be flexible folks.

We took a trip to the new Seafood City out in Chandler to check it out. It's huge!! It's a really nice Asian market and food court.
