Aquilante's Catering We are a full service catering company delivering the finest homemade foods with the most outstandin Our father, Anthony A.

"Hello...Aquilantes!"

For almost 40 years, every phone call began with those two words. Aquilante, had a passion for providing his customers with nothing but the best when it came to food and service. Growing up in Berwyn, he worked for his father Congens Aquilante, who had created "Aquilante's Modern Meat Market." It was a meat and retail grocery store that specialized in home-dressed meats, fancy produce and home deliveries. It was here that Anthony found his love for serving the Main Line families. In 1976, he started his own catering business, Gourmet Buffets. His freshly prepared foods and elegantly designed decor set him apart from other caterers. He took the time to talk with each customer to create a customized menu to suit their taste, style and budget. And with every event, his presentation and buffet satisfied both eyes and appetites! In 1988, Anthony came up with another distinguishing feature of his business. He designed and built a catering trolley that would offer his customers on-site catering services. It was a walk-through food service vehicle that required no setup or clean-up. It was an instant hit as most clients loved the convenience and charm his dining cars. After 25 years of offering full service aboard his trolleys, he created the Trolley trailer, a smaller version of it predecessors. In 2010, Gourmet Buffets became Aquilante Catering and though Anthony passed away suddenly in 2015, his business is still family owned and operated today, continuing his tradition of excellence in delivering the finest homemade foods, with the outstanding service customers have come to expect. We at Aquilante’s have a passion in what we do, and a commitment to be the best!

🇺🇸 What an unforgettable day! 🇺🇸 On Saturday, September 19, Aquilante's Catering was deeply honored to sponsor and serve dinner to 300 incredible heroes at the Honor Flight Philadelphia Welcome Home event at Saints Simon and Jude Parish!

Serving our Veterans means the absolute world to our entire family and team. Words cannot capture the gratitude we feel for the sacrifices made by our brave men and women who served in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. Many of these heroes never received the proper homecoming they deserved when they first returned, and getting to play a small part in giving them the welcome home of a lifetime is a privilege we will never forget.

It truly was a family affair! Our siblings, nieces and nephews, cousins and in-laws all worked together to welcome home our Veterans.

A massive, heartfelt THANK YOU goes out to our incredible volunteers and everyone who rolled up their sleeves to make this day so special. We couldn’t have done it without your tireless energy and big hearts!

A special THANK YOU our dear friends who came out to support this mission with us: Debbie and Johnny Abel, Bobby and Michelle Judge, Joe and Jean Leonetti, Joseph Leonetti, Britt and Fr. John Zagarella. THANK YOU! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Thank you to our Veterans for your service, your courage, and your sacrifice. Welcome home Heroes! ❤️🤍💙

🇺🇸❤️ HELP US WELCOME HOME OUR VETERANS! ❤️🇺🇸
Saturday, September 19th | 4:30 PM

Aquilante’s Catering is proud to sponsor Honor Flight Philadelphia and be part of a very special “Welcome Home” celebration for our Veterans!

Our Veterans will be traveling to Washington, DC for the day to visit the memorials built in their honor and reflect on the sacrifices they made while fighting for our freedom. When they return, we want to make sure they come home to a community filled with appreciation, gratitude, and plenty of cheers! 🇺🇸

We are inviting the entire public to come out around 4:30 PM and help us give these Veterans the Welcome Home they deserve!

There will be plenty of festivities for everyone to enjoy, including:

🦅 Eagles Cheerleaders
🎭 The Mummers
🍦 Handel’s of Berwyn Ice Cream
🌭 Hot Dogs
🥨 Pretzels
❤️🇺🇸 And, most importantly, an opportunity to stand together as a community and honor our Veterans!

Bring your family, bring your friends, and come out to show our Veterans just how much their service and sacrifice mean to all of us.

Let’s line the streets, raise our voices, wave our flags, and give them the Welcome Home they earned and deserve! 🇺🇸
