Let’s be real — this is an unrealistic morning in my life as a mom that works full time, is trying to work out consistently, and balance everything else in life!

When I filmed this video, it was realistic for that week but no week around here is ever the same! And just when I think I’ve found a routine or consistency, we hit a sleep regression, someone gets sick, or life just happens!

The important thing is that I keep showing up for myself & my family each week no matter what is thrown our way even if it doesn’t look aesthetic!

The possibilities are endless with the new Vital Farms double dozen! I made breakfast sandwiches, my favorite gluten free zucchini muffins, and a quiche that I froze for those hectic mornings when I need something to eat but don’t have the time to cook!

And I’ve still got plenty of eggs left! What else would you make? 🥚🍳

We went to a seven-course, 100% gluten free dinner at Harvest Seasonal Grill and this is everything we ate!

The pours were heavvvyy and the portions sizes were huge! You definitely got your moneys worth!

The best bite was by far the bbq sticky ribs but the Thai chicken lettuce wraps paired with a crisp sauvy B was a close second!

Most of all, it was so cool to enjoy a 100% gluten free meal with this much detail and intention! Harvest Seasonal Grill is a go to for us because they are great with allergy protocols!

A brand new Nordstrom Rack has officially opened in Exton, PA Nordstrom Rack, Exton PA

I definitely was overwhelmed by the amount of people but I’ll absolutely be back to shop more!

I left the New Balance sneakers behind and I think it was a mistake! Should I go back?

The St. David’s TJ Maxx is the best one I’ve ever been to and I will be hearing no other arguments at this time!

Spent the most perfect Saturday morning with my boy grabbing coffee Pour Richard's Coffee Company and perusing and shopping at TJ Maxx and Whole Foods Market!

Save this for your perfect main line Saturday outing!

Is it just me or does Whole Foods Market always have the best finds? Every time I go I find gluten free things I’ve never seen before!

What’s on your “must grab” list when you go to Whole Foods?

For me I’m always looking for fun pasta shapes from jovial and the latest creamer options from nutpods and favorite English muffins from Queen St. Bakery! And of course I wander up every aisle to see what calls to me!

As a first time mom that works full time and loves to make gluten free food, workout, spend time with family & friends, enjoys a little local coffee, and is trying to keep everything mostly balanced, I had to stop beating myself up for not being able to pump out recipes like I used to! It’s just not realistic and I’d rather keep nurturing this creative outlet and pivot than completely walk away from it!

If you love to eat (gluten free food specifically), love a good Pilates class, are desperately in need of an hour to go walk outside, are a new mom, living in Pennsylvania, or any of the above sounds relatable, Leah | Gluten Free + Lifestyle is the place for you and I hope you’ll stick around!
