Candidate will be required to perform a variety of tasks including maintaining, breaking down and setting up equipment and machinery, while troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate operating issues. Responsibilities also include pasteurizing milk, processing milk into yogurt, packaging the finished product, clean up, and all documentation required for regulatory purposes. The right person will eventually manage inventory levels and plan the weekly production schedule to meet sales needs. Compensation ranges between $15.00 - $25.00 per hour with 100% paid health care. Extra benefits include all the yogurt, milk and cream you can use! Housing may be a possibility as we are looking to invest in someone for a long-term relationship! As 2021 begins....looking back at 2020 it has been a year of learning, a year of listening, a year of empathy. We would like to take this opportunity to give more and to share more. We will be giving away a quart of cream to anyone one who visits our farm. Just come to the door and say I am here for my cream! Our wish is to bring some small measure of joy that making ice cream or butter or good soup can create. We want to enter 2021 with love, with goodness, with compassion for each other, our community, and our world.
