Looking for help either 3 or 4 days – flexible for the right person.
Fridays are half days!
People person with phone manners a must.
Courteous and respectful patient interactions expected. We treat our patients like family!
Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person for the position if they have the desired skills and motivation to learn and expand their abilities.
Knowledge of medical insurances preferred, trainable.
Ability to utilize electronic medical scheduling software, trainable.
Multi task; answer phones, check in /out patients; schedule appointments; prepare charts
Ability to stay on task with good organization skills.
Must have computer skills and general knowledge of office equipment.
Willingness to be cross trained for other office positions to facilitate coverage for other staff when needed; vacation / illness.
