LOL! This office has no problems with shutting off water for late payments which is understood. When payment is made within 30 minutes of realizing the water got shut off, they refused to turn water service back on. Bill was paid and accepted before 10:00AM and now it's 2:42PM and still no water. I asked if I could turn it on and I was told there would be a tampering fee and shut off to service. The office personnel were quick to shame me for my late payment and told me that had I paid on time the service would not have been cut off. I explained that in an effort to save on water usage my cattle, horse, goats, sheep, chickens and hogs are on water-on-demand and they have been without water since the morning cut-off. I've called several times today and still "nothing".
