Stop in for a visit, try our homemade apple fritters & fried pies and enjoy the history of Meece Mill while relaxing by Twelve Mile River.1054 Meece Mill Rd 864-982-2863 Yoder's at Meece Mill is a beloved historic grist mill in Pickens, SC, operating today as a popular bakery, run by Julian and Elsie Yoder who took over this historic site in 1995. Originally built in the 1800s (known as Gravely Mill), rebuilt in 1930, and used until 1964 for cornmeal/flour; now it's famous for its apple fritters, pies, and scenic porch overlooking a waterfall, serving visitors on the third Saturday of each month.
