Part 3, Our project for 2025 is wrapping up! A new dry cow barn as well as springing heifers! The barn has room for about 80 head! Thanks to Kettlewell Concrete and Horst Builders, the girls have a great roof over their heads! A quick lighting and wiring job by DL Agricultural Electrical has the barn well lit at night!

The barn has a feed alley, water, and loose housing with access to outside lots for extra exercise. Once we got rolling on the project, it was neat to see the construction process. The crews worked hard and efficiently and got a lot done in a short time!!

As fall harvest approaches, time for a quick fly over the soybeans and corn fields! With the crazy weather we had this summer, we are thankful most of the corn and soybeans are looking good! Cheers to a great harvest season!

It's been a great summer around the dairy farm! Today we were working on making 4th crop hay! It was pretty neat today to have 3 generations that are active on the farm, all jumping in tractors to work together making the haylage! Great experience for the younger generation, learning from the more experienced in the family and enjoying doing it.

Everything we do, we are always taking care of our land, animals, and family!
