If there’s a certain sourdough, bagel flavor, cinnamon roll, scone, or other favorite you don’t want to miss, just send me a message or preferably place an order on my app and I’ll set it aside for you. If you do give me a little notice ahead of time it makes my baking life SO much easier! 😂🤎

TWO DAYS. TWO SELLOUTS. 🥹❤️

Two back-to-back sellouts, two days in a row. I’m exhausted. 😂 I baked until I literally dropped, but I’m also SO excited and incredibly grateful.

I decided to double up on bagels for the Beatrice market because they have been selling like crazy… so I made 100 bagels. They literally flew like hotcakes! 🥯🔥

I also made 25 loaves of bread, nearly 100 cinnamon rolls, and 48 scones and somehow, you guys made it all disappear!

I honestly don’t have many words besides THANK YOU. Thank you to my amazing community for showing up, supporting us more than I ever imagined. ❤️

I’m tired, but my heart is FULL. 🥹 Thank YOU again!

We’re headed to the Beatrice Farmers Market TODAY! 🎉

After last week, I’ve learned my lesson! 😂 The bagels were flying off the shelves and sold out in the first 30 minutes to an hour, so I’m DOUBLING UP this week! 🥯🔥

I’m also bringing extra bread because that disappeared FAST last week too! 🍞

I’ll have my regular amount of cinnamon rolls & scones because those are staples and so delicious!😉❤️

Apparently, a little tailgating at our local tractor pull this weekend was just the inspiration we needed! 😂 But in all seriousness, we’ve been BUSY prepping for TWO markets this week!

🍑A PEACHY STORY! 🥧

My friend Margaret brought me some gorgeous Colorado peaches and asked me to make her an old-fashioned peach pie. Of course I said, “I GOT YOU!”

A few days later, I texted to ask how she liked it. Her response?

“Can I call you?” 😳😂

Ummm… PANIC. What went wrong?!?!

Turns out… NOTHING! She called to tell me it was the best peach pie she’d ever had! 🙌🏼🍑

So if you have a bunch of peaches and a serious craving? Just let me know. I GOT YOU! 🥧

And there’s only ONE rule: vanilla ice cream is mandatory. 🍨😉

What a week! ❤️

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to support us at The Hub Farmers Market and the Beatrice Farmers Market! We nearly sold out in Lincoln and completely sold out in Beatrice. That means a stinking TON to our little bakery!

Today also happens to be our 20th wedding anniversary. ❤️ Happy Anniversary to my husband!

Tomorrow I’m taking a little breather… after I tackle the mountain of dishes. 😂 Mercy!

Thank you all for making this week so special. Now it’s time to get ready for next week’s markets! 🍞❤️
