Here’s a flavor from way back in the jerky flavor rotation. Sweet and Spicy! 100% USDA Choice Beef inside round hand trimmed and sliced for the best jerky experience ever. It’s got a hint of sweetness with a great savory flavor with a bit of heat and just the right amount of hickory smoke. It’s a fantastic jerky and we’re glad we made it again!

Cornelius Butchery Bockwurst is back in stock! In our opinion one of the best German sausages ever invented. Made with 100% USDA pork parsley, chives, garlic and onions and just a hint of lemon zest. They are an amazingly light delicately flavored sausage that goes great with potatoe salad and a crusty roll with some good German mustard or equally delicious fried with a side of over easy eggs and some toasted rye bread.

Haven’t made these in a while. They’re apple maple breakfast sausage patties! Made with USDA pork real apples real Canadian maple syrup and our own maple and apple sausage seasoning recipes. We’ve done the extensive taste testing for you and we can totally guarantee you that these sausage patties are absolutely fantastic!
