We want to address the recent situation involving one of our employees that has been circulating online and in the news.

First and foremost, we are deeply sorry for the concern and confusion this has caused our customers, partners, and community. We take situations like this seriously and understand the responsibility we carry as a business.

While it is true that one of our team members was recently involved in a legal matter that occurred at our business, we believe that some of the public coverage has presented an incomplete and, at times, misleading picture of the situation. We are committed to allowing the facts to come to light through the proper legal process rather than speculation.

That said, we do not excuse any behavior that falls short of our standards. We are reviewing this matter internally and taking appropriate steps to ensure accountability and uphold the values we stand for.

We ask for your understanding as this situation is resolved, and your thoughts & prayers for the individual & his family as they work towards getting him the help that he needs. Thank you for continuing to support us.
