It’s days like today when there seems to be an endless amount of chores to be done. Regardless of the weather and temps, the farmers and ranchers continue the care for the animals that end up on your plate. Regardless of rain, snow, cold, or heat, nobody beats locally raised meat!

Grain fed vs. grass fed

Grain fed doesn’t mean no grass. Grain offers nutrition that grass alone doesnt.

“Is it non gmo grain?”
No, it’s not. A lot of things labeled non GMO has been a GMO at some point. The sweet potato was the original GMO. GMOs will not harm you. No, not even if you eat a whole bunch of them.

Know where your meat comes from, and when you see a steak sitting on your plate remember the thought, care, and time that went into getting that steak to you.
