Good morning!
A touch of fall is in the air this morning. Tailgating and cookouts are on the agenda for most.
Come get your RayBQ, Spicy RayBQ, Liquid Gold and Steak Sauce at Farmers Market of Jacksonville, AL until noon! We have some All Purpose Seasoning with us today, too.

Sports season is here!
Do you meal prep for your family or do you just wing it each night and pray to eat before midnight?
I'm a planner so it is my goal to have meals made before the week starts. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Off to a good start so far!
Chicken noodle soup for meal #1 this week. Going in the fridge for the noodles to soak up some flavor!

Come see us this morning at Farmers Market of Jacksonville, AL we will be here until 11am. We have sauces and seasoning, cherry and beefsteak tomatoes, sweet banana and hot jalapeno peppers. We grow organically and use organic ingredients for our sauces.

There's Cafe de Monde beignets and then there's my kid decided to tell me at 7pm the night before she needed them at school for a project beignets. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Really not bad for my first time ever attempting them. I think I may try again with a little more heart to see if I can achieve the fluff 🤔 🤤❤️ (disclaimer: she did assist me I didn't do it all)

Welcoming hunting season by cooking my last pack of deer meat.
Key to flavor with rice is to season it while it's cooking. I also like to use broth instead of water. With this rice I used the bone out of the deer roast when I cut it up and let it simmer in water for about 2 hours to make a bone broth.

Sometimes you just gotta have an easy meal straight outta the bag and box. I can't always be extra y'all its exhausting 🤣 what's your favorite go to freezer meal?
And yes they're Dino nuggies. The regular organic nuggets were $2 more for a smaller bag 😳 so organic Dino nuggies for grown folks tonight 🤷🏼‍♀️
AND this takes me back to cooking from scratch because easy meals are more expensive than my garden.

It is with great regret that we have to inform you all that we will not be at the highway 46 yardsale on September 24th.
Our daughter has a volleyball tournament that will prevent us from being there. I hope you all understand.
That being said, if you want to order we can meet the following week. We are fully stocked as we were planning to be there all day but will be at the gym instead.

I always have a ridiculous amount of excitement when a meal makes it to the table and it's 100% organic. If you're from our area you know how hard it is to find all organic groceries.
This was so easy to make!
Ground beef, corn, olives, red onion seasoned with a mild taco seasoning and stuffed in baby bells with cheese on top. Cook at 350 until the peppers get to your desired tenderness. Top with your favorite toppings.
**if you wanted you could leave the peppers raw and use them like a nacho chip!

Quite possibly one of the easiest dinners ever. Split some Hawaiian rolls, put on your favorite pizza toppings (no sauce that makes them soggy), add a melted garlic butter on top and bake at 400 for 10 mins or until cheese is melted.

Definitely not our final labeling, just using what we have on hand. I'm just so excited about these bottles that I needed y'all to see them!!

Our regular RayBQ Sauce will only come in 16 ounce bottles moving forward. These easy to squeeze bottles also come with a spill proof lid.

Chris, Heather, Ashton and Aryana Ray...a family of four for almost 10 years now. We LOVE to cook, especially grilling. We started grilling for just a few friends here and there. Then, we bought a house in 2015 that has a big back yard and a pool. The “shindigs” as we like to call them get bigger every year.
