WEEK 5 ✨️ Cilantro, rainbow Swiss chard, red beets, white Korean radishes, dandelion greens, fresh onions.

Did we neglect to photograph week 4? Yes we did. Are we super disappointed because it was gorgeous? Absolutely. So for your records, we all enjoyed mature kale, red lettuce, bok choi or kohlrabi (members choice), green spring garlic, collards, and parsley.

WEEK 3 ✨️ Sorrel, carrots, French breakfast radishes, garlic chives, king blue oyster mushrooms, and power greens mix: purple mustard, beet greens, and endive.

Normally rain on a harvest day isn't ideal, but my gosh are we happy to see it! This little guy was so content snuggled up under the beet greens.

WEEK 2 ✨️ Spring is for GREENS. Frisee, rainbow chard, spring onions, cilantro blossoms, a crisp salad mix, and pea shoots.
