12' x 32' portable building. Cute front porch. Has insulation and some dry wall already installed. Comes with 32" fiberglass shower stall and faucet, plus a couple interior door units. Is/was a work in progress. Could be used for many applications. Must be moved. $8,000 OBO

**The butcher has informed us the hanging weight is 1,077 lbs. We have 538 lbs still for sale.**

***1/2 beef available at $4 per lb hanging weight. Currently at 2 Creek Butchery. Can be custom processed and available for pick up in approximately 2 weeks. ***

Offering farm fresh, locally grown, grain fed American Wagyu beef. Butcher dates scheduled with 2 Creek Butchery in Pierce City.
Whole, half, and quarter purchases available
Current live weight for these steers are 1200-1300 lbs. They will produce 700-750 lbs hanging weight. Steer will be delivered to 2 Creek Processing where they will customize processing for you.
Pricing is based on hanging weight.
A non refundable deposit will be paid to Witt Cattle Co prior to delivery to 2 Creek for processing. 2 Creeks Processing to be paid by customer upon pick up of finished product.

Quarter- $150
Estimated processing cost $1.20 per lb.
