Fire up the grill this weekend! We have whole chickens for $6.75, average weight 5.5 pounds. Baby back pork ribs, $3.87 a pound, St. Louis style pork ribs $3.79 per pound. Whole packer Briskets $6.55 per pound. We do have Polish and Brats made too for the big weekend.

In honor and remembrance of the 25th anniversary of September 11th, Pierce Fire and Rescue will cover admission for all Fire, Ems, Police, Dispatchers, Nurses, Doctors, Military and Veterans (with ID) for Pierce’s home football game against Omaha Concordia. This is for both Pierce and Concordia fans.

Starting this week Monday 8/17/26 we are raffling off this beautiful tailgater Traeger pellet grill. To enter you must have a purchase of $20 or more. Only one entry per person per day. The final day to enter will be Saturday 9/5/26, to celebrate 5 years of ownership.

As many of you know, we have this small food pantry on the outside of our building. It could use some nonperishable donations with the new school year starting.

New on the bottom right is also a little free library for those who might like to take a book or leave a book. You can read and return it or keep it as your own.

And of course, inside our beautiful building, you can use your Lied Pierce Public Library card to access our collection of books, e-books, movies, hot spots, cake pans, etc.

Don't have a library card? Come on in and we can get you set up in just a couple of minutes.
