🍖 Slow Cooker Street Tacos made with our 100% Grass-Fed & Grass-Finished Beef! 🌿
This Crock Pot shredded beef is a total crowd favorite — and it tastes even better when you start with beef that was raised right here on our ranch!
At Homestead Ranch LLC, our cattle graze on lush Colorado pastures their entire lives. No grain, no feedlots, just natural grass from start to finish. The result? Rich, deeply flavorful beef that’s better for your family and better for the land.
Try this easy recipe with our Chuck Roast:
• 1 onion, diced
• 3 lb. Homestead Ranch grass-fed & grass-finished chuck roast
• 1 cup beef broth
• 4 oz. tomato paste
• 1 tsp. cumin
• 1 Tbsp. chili powder
• Tortillas, cotija cheese & fresh cilantro for serving
Slow cook it low and slow until it falls apart, then pile it into warm tortillas. Your family (and taste buds) will thank you!

Y’all, meet the newest (and smallest) member of the Homestead Ranch LLC fleet. He’s not just riding shotgun—he’s plugged into the auxiliary like he owns the stereo system. One minute he’s chilling in the passenger floorboard, the next he’s giving me that “Are we there yet?” side-eye! Ok
Who needs a fancy Bluetooth speaker when you’ve got a fainting goat DJ in the cab? He hasn’t fainted once… yet. But if he does, at least he’ll be comfortable on the floor mat.
