I know you guys haven't seen much coming from me on here lately. That is because I unluckily contacted Covid and haven't been doing anything catering related due to making sure I am well and recuperated before I start back up.

Well I am here to announce that I am current making up a Fall menu for everyone to see. Its time for those Football Party's , Holiday Party's, Company Party's and those family events.

Well instead of slaving over the stove, let Chef Dave cater them for you and make those events the hit of the year.

Be watching out for that new menu to drop with the classics like Chili, Baked Chicken, and of course that Turkey Dinner.

Chef Dave is at it today!!!!

I am doing chicken & noodles today over mashed potatoes with my southern greenbeans. Gravy is getting close. Noodles and potatoes are getting started now.

Can still place orders. Have plenty to go around. $6 dollars a plate. Can meet for pick up and can deliver. Do already have some schedule.

This coming Thursday September 2nd, I will be making Chicken and Noodle over mashed potatoes. I will be taking orders for it no later than Wednesday by 1pm. I will be slow roasting the chicken Wednesday evening so will need a complete count. This could be for your family or for your Company Lunch. All homemade products and can apply some allergy issues like gluten and dairy. There will be no nuts involved.
