Supper tonight wasn’t the most exciting-looking plate, but it packed a FLAVOR PUNCH! 😂

I tested a new tropical-inspired rub on this baked pork loin tonight, and for my graduation party Saturday, it’s going on some smoked pulled pork! 🏝️🤤

For the first test, all I need to adjust is the salt—which is a HUGE win!

I paired it with coconut rice topped with coconut shavings. I wanted to add lime zest too, but I didn’t have any. 😂

And this is just TWO of the many things I’m planning for Saturday’s beach-themed food spread! 👀🌴🥥

🚨 It’s almost that time again for one of my FAVORITE events of the year!!

The Pierre Part Firemen’s Food Fest & Car Show is coming up October 18th from 11 AM–6 PM, and y’all do NOT want to miss this one!

I’ll be there cooking alongside 30+ other local cooks, so you already know there’s gonna be A LOT of good food! 😋

There will also be:
🎶 Live bands all day!
🚗 Awesome cars at the car show!
🏰 Jump houses for the kids plus snowballs!
🔨 A live auction with TONS of amazing items
❤️ And a whole lot of fun for a GREAT cause!

So grab your family and friends and come spend the day with us! Y’all come hungry because I’ll be cooking!
