We had the opportunity to feed the Department of Agriculture this evening, and what a great night it was at Labarge Park. Perfect weather, a wonderful crowd, and the chance to share what we love doing with so many great people.

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity and for everyone who supports us. Evenings like this remind us why we’ve been doing this for so many years. Thank you for allowing Broken Knife to be a small part of your evening.

The hardest part of what I do isn’t the cooking, the prep, the hauling, or the long hours. It’s remembering to take a picture of the food and/or the event. I’ll keep working on it. 🤦🏽‍♀️

We are officially SOLD OUT for the day.

What a way to kick off June. Thank you for your patience, your support, and for keeping us busy from open to close. We truly appreciate every order, every kind word, and everyone who chose to spend part of their day with us.

Today’s the day for those rice noodles aka pancit you guys keep asking for. We’re serving up our Asian bistro favorites alongside burgers, frybread, lumpia, and the rest of the Broken Knife lineup.

These noodles tend to go FAST and are always limited, so don’t wait till the afternoon to text in those orders. 👀
