Although we may be best known for our Spring mix & Baby Arugula, we also grow cucumbers, beans, baby bok choy, kales, collards, and heirloom winter squashes.

We know the seasons are changing when Pauline's Lucky Market Garden delivers her fresh roselle hibiscus flowers (aka Florida cranberry).

Rich in calcium, niacin, iron, vitamin C, and antioxidants, these crimson beauties have a cranberry like flavor, and can be used for tea, punch, jams, sauces and salads.

Here's a recipe for a delicious “iced & spiced” sparkling tea, perfect for the season!

INGREDIENTS:
* 4 cups water
* 2 tbsps organic sugar (depending on how sweet you would like it to be)
* 7-8 roselle hibiscus
* cinnamon stick
* A few slices fresh ginger
* sparkling water

HOW TO:
1. Boil water, sugar, and spices until sugar is dissolved.
2. Take off heat and add hibiscus and let steep, covered for about 20 minutes.
3. Strain and chill tea. Add ice and top with a splash of sparkling water!🌺
