Here are the remaining processing dates and the availability:

July 13th - 2 animals available
July 20th - 2 animals available
July 27th - 3 animals available
August 3rd - 1 animal available
August 10th - .5 animals left

Pricing for this year is $4.00 per pound based on hanging weight.

Summer is here! Did you realize you’re running low on beef and need to fill your freezer fast? We have a 3, 1/4s of beef just come available and they’ll be ready for pickup the first week of June! $4.00 for hanging weight.

We certainly have a lot of catching up to do! Spring has been a very busy season for us here on the farm. Between calving, spring tillage, planting, fixing fence, and moving cattle out to their summer pastures, there hasn’t been much time left to share everything happening around here.

The warmer weather has finally arrived, and we’re definitely welcoming it. The crops are off to a good start, the cattle are enjoying fresh pasture, and it’s nice to see everything turning green again. Next, is cutting hay!
