On a roadtrip, my husband and I stopped at Red Bowl on the way to our destination and it was delicious. They have a great selection of gluten free options! I got the Singapore rice noodles dish and I loved it! It came with the option of a soup or salad, so I got the salad. Definitely check them out! 😊

Aubrey’s in Sevierville, TN is one of my fave restaurants for gluten free options! Last night I got the grilled chicken strips with sautéed mushrooms and loaded mashed potatoes. It was amazing 😍 10/10 recommend! Also, they have some of the best GF buns in town if you want a burger or chicken sandwich 🥰

Have you tried The Cheesecake Factory’s GF cheesecake? 😍 The Cheesecake Factory offers a Gluten free Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake or a “Low-Licious Cheesecake” (basically original/plain cheesecake and they can top it with strawberries if you want). I’ve had both and they are so good! 10/10 recommend!

I love customizing my bowl at Clean Eatz. I usually get their GF breaded chicken, and I get different veggies each time I go depending on my mood. And then I always get queso to go on top. This is great spot if you are gluten free and/or want a healthier and filling option. I went to the Maryville, TN location this time, but there’s also a location I’ve been to in Knoxville, Tennessee as well. 🥰

Gluten Free Chicken Nachos at Taco Ranch in Pigeon Forge, TN 🥰 Taco Ranch has designated fryer for their chips and they have a separate GF menu, just ask for it when you order. The portion size was huge! My husband and I will probably just share the nachos next time lol. Great food and great atmosphere- 10/10 recommended ❤️
