What started as an urban farm in Austin, TX has moved and grown to two locations in Marshall, NC where they are growing vegetables with a focus on storage crops, like corn, beans, winter squash, and potatoes. Matt has been homebrewing for 10 years using ingredients from the farm and the wild to create unique, farm to pint beers. He also owns Spent Planet Coffee, where he roasts and barrel ages coffee.
