🌯 Taco Tuesday has NOTHING on this burrito feast!

I may have gotten a little carried away with this plate, but I’m not complaining. 😂

🌯 Loaded burritos
🍌 Fried plantains
🌶️ Jalapeño poppers
🧀 Nachos
🍅 Fresh pico de gallo
🥑 Homemade guacamole

A little bit of everything piled onto one plate, and somehow it all worked together perfectly.

Who needs Taco Tuesday when you can have Burrito Tuesday? 😋

🍞 NO KNEAD BREAD RECIPE

This might be one of the easiest homemade breads you’ll ever make. No mixer, no bread machine, and no kneading for 10 minutes. Just mix it, let it rise, and let the Dutch oven do the rest.

Ingredients:
• 1½ cups warm water
• 1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 packet active dry yeast, about 2¼ teaspoons
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1½ teaspoons salt

Directions:

1. Add the warm water and brown sugar to a large bowl. Stir in the yeast and give it a few minutes to make sure the yeast is active.
2. Add the bread flour and salt. Don’t pour the salt directly onto the yeast.
3. Mix everything together until you have a soft, sticky dough. Use your fingers to fold and roll the dough over itself, pressing it down with your palm. You do NOT need to knead it for 10 minutes.
4. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until it has roughly doubled in size.
5. Preheat your Dutch oven to 450°F with the lid on.
6. Turn the sticky dough onto parchment paper. Use the parchment to help fold the sides over, shape it into a ball, and tuck the dough underneath.
7. Carefully place the dough and parchment into the hot Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
8. Remove the lid and continue baking until the crust is beautifully golden brown and crispy, about 10 to 15 more minutes.

Let it cool a little before slicing, if you can wait that long. 😂

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and ridiculously easy to make.

Save this recipe for your next homemade bread day! 🍞

🍝 Once you make homemade pasta, boxed pasta just isn’t the same.

I’ve been using the Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Maker, and it makes the whole process so much easier. Roll out the dough, run it through the cutter, and you have beautiful fresh pasta ready to cook. (Marcato USA)

And here’s the part people don’t realize: fresh pasta takes less than 3 minutes to cook.

Yes, making the dough and cutting the pasta takes a little extra time, but it is SO worth it. The taste and texture are unbelievably different from boxed pasta.

Plus, making homemade pasta is just fun. There’s something special about putting that extra effort into dinner. It turns an ordinary meal into something you’re actually excited to sit down and eat. ❤️🍝

If you’ve been thinking about making your own pasta, this is the machine I use.
