🌮 Taco Tuesday turned into a full Mexican Fiesta! 🇲🇽🔥

Tonight’s spread was loaded with tacos, burritos, homemade nachos, and jalapeño poppers, topped with fresh pico, guacamole, cheese, and plenty of sauce.

This is my kind of Taco Tuesday. Why stop at tacos when you can make the whole fiesta? 😂

Taco night got a serious upgrade! 🌮🔥

Chicken tacos and an overstuffed chicken burrito loaded with romaine and Parmesan, served with crispy jalapeño poppers, homemade guacamole, and fresh homemade pico de gallo.

🍝 HOMEMADE CHICKEN PARM FROM SCRATCH! 🇮🇹🔥

This one was worth the work.

Crispy hand-breaded chicken topped with homemade tomato sauce, melted cheese and fresh basil, served over homemade pasta. Even the pasta and sauce were made from scratch.

Golden and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, with that bubbling cheese right on top. 🤌

And because apparently chicken parm, homemade pasta and homemade sauce weren’t enough, I threw some roasted broccoli on the plate so I could pretend this was healthy. 😂🥦
