Good morning ☀️🐓

We spent Labor Day actually doing labor… is that how it works? 😂

We had a storm surprise us on Saturday and it came with some major wind. We lost quite a few trees, part of a barn roof and our shade havens took a lot of damage. We are thankful all the humans and the animals came out fine and the damage wasn’t any worse!

We made a small dent in the clean up but we did get a lot of the most dangerous or visible things cleaned up today. I think the barn roof is next on the list. 😬

Rounding up some rams who have made escaping their full time hobby… 😂

This was a couple of days ago, when we still had quite a few small, pullet eggs to sort out. We are getting mostly medium to large size eggs now so collecting is going faster!
