Pastured laying hens that actually live on pasture! These hens get moved to a new area every few days with fresh grass and bugs to eat.

Here’s a little snippet of what gathering around 900 eggs a day looks like. We store them in a refrigerated trailer and then take them to once a week where they wash, pack and send them out to their customers.

On my days to collect eggs I try to do it during nap time usually because it’s a lot easier without a baby strapped to you. This day Amelia wasn’t wanting to participate in a bed nap. 🤪 It took some extra time and a few extra trips but we got it done.

If you’re coming make sure you dress for the heat and bring any accessories you may need to keep cool (hat, umbrella, fan etc.). We will have lots of water available as well while we are out in the pastures.
