Quincey has her amazing 🤩 Sourdough bread, baked fresh today along with some other wonderful Tallow items. I’ve got some fresh homemade, first of the year Zucchini Nut Breads and fresh baked cookies 🍪
Fresh herbs and some fresh veggies.

Everything is finally coming along! We will have fresh vegetables in no time. But as always no fresh Tomatoes 🍅 until the first week of July.
Everything is grown without pesticides!

If there is anyone out there that is struggling to feed their family and unable to buy fresh produce, reach out to me through email or messenger and I’ll see what I have to offer for you through out the summer.

I have a nest in my high tunnel, but I don’t know what type of bird layed her eggs in here.

Harvested my garlic 🧄 today and that’s about 2 weeks early. This spring has been tough with crazy weather. We went from a severe drought, which I believe we are technically still in. To an extremely wet couple of weeks. My garlic was starting to rot so it needed to be pulled. I don’t usually wash it, just pull, shake the dirt, hang to cure, then clean it up. But it was caked in a ton of mud so it was sprayed off. Not sure how it will end up curing. Fingers crossed 🤞 that it will be fine.

First Zucchini of the year!
My favorite way to have it is simply fried in butter in a cast iron skillet.
