☀️ Good Morning, friends. ☀️ Happy Wednesday!!
Most people see a tiny black Chihuahua curled up on a blanket.
I see one of God’s greatest gifts during one of the hardest chapters of my life.
Bean came into my life after my health changed and after I had to step away from the career I loved. Life looked very different than I ever imagined it would, and there were days when I felt lost trying to figure out what my new normal would be.
Then came Bean.
What started as a tiny little dog quickly became so much more.
She’s my service dog, my shadow, my sidekick, and one of my greatest sources of comfort. She follows me from room to room. She watches over me while I work outside. She rides beside me. She sleeps beside me. She knows when something isn’t right before anyone else does.
There are days when she makes me laugh when I want to cry.
There are days when she is the reason I feel safe enough to leave the house.
There are days when her presence alone brings a sense of peace that words can’t explain.
Days when she reminds me that I’m never truly alone.
She may be small, but the role she plays in my life is enormous.
God knew exactly what I needed when He brought this little dog into my world. Not because she would fix everything, but because she would walk beside me through it.
And that’s exactly what she’s done.
Every single day.
This morning she’s curled up beside me, completely unaware that she’s one of the biggest blessings in my life. ❤️🐾
Some dogs are pets.
Some dogs become family.
And then there are the special ones who become part of your story.
Bean is one of those.
