Good morning and happy Monday, fellow fish lovers! 🐟
We’ve welcomed quite a few new followers lately, so we thought this would be the perfect time to introduce ourselves!
As part of Whyte’s Fishery & Smokehouse, we’d like you to meet the amazing crew behind our newer addition, Hooked on Fish by Whyte’s Fishery & Smokehouse food truck! The four pictured here, Tom, Ben, Brittany, & Lexie, make up our entire food truck team. From preparing your meals to serving them hot and crispy at the window, we work together to keep everything running each week!
We take great pride in serving delicious fish from our Great Lakes and turning it into the fresh, crispy dinners you know and love. (Our walleye is purchased wholesale because we are not legally permitted to catch it ourselves.)
To make ordering as quick and convenient as possible, we offer three easy options: walk up to the food truck, call ahead, or place your order online!
We’re open every Friday from 12:00–7:00 PM unless we post otherwise. We do our very best to open consistently each week, but because there are only four of us, we may occasionally need to close due to staff availability. These closures are rare, and we’ll always post an update on our page as soon as possible.
If you’re traveling a longer distance to visit us, we encourage you to call ahead and confirm that we’re open. We truly appreciate your kindness and understanding!

The Food Truck is currently located at 2240 N Huron Rd Pinconning MI 48650, right next to the Whyte's retail location.
