I felt like cooking one of my Dear Mother’s flavorful dishes she use to cook, so I had to fill that void of missing not only her presence, but how much I enjoyed every meal she would cook for our family… she taught me well and I’m so grateful!… I love and truly miss my Mama 💯🤗❤️

The REAL & TRUE reason some of you can’t Heal from pass or present hurt in your life is because you keep pretending you're not hurt!!!
I’m a living witness to that deep and difficult pain that we try to hide.
Allow me to encourage you today because you gotta get this in your spirit as I have and will continue to walk in my truth by Gods Grace… start asking Father God to literally disconnect that hurt from out of your life and to give you the courage to simply let go of all the pain that you’ve been carrying… You see you need to know that courage for freeing yourself is not the absence of fear, but rather having the ability to MOVE forward, even when the odds are stacked against you amen?…. and once you make up in your heart and mind to embrace and love yourself, I just believe that you too will begin to discover who you truly are.
So to you my friend that is reading this “long Post”..know that you are loved Frfr
As I decided sometime ago to love, to be loved, to trust and grow again after letting go the hurt of my past… You to can as well, will begin to experience true love once again …
