Over the last month my friends Rusty Brinkman and kins of Crow Creek Catering prepared and served many events but the Day of the West Freedom 250 and the Wyoming Aviation Heritage League events were extra special. Rusty used our bison brisket , ground bison, bison sirloin roast, and bison skirt as well as our beef brisket to create simply fantastic dishes. Their food is absolutely delicious and these events featured all local ingredients. They grow many veggies, eggs, and flowers themselves. They make every dish from scratch. One highlight is that Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgam attended and enjoyed the food at the Day of the West event!

While working in our yard I enjoyed watching the humming bird. It was a beautiful day plus we received some rain! Looking forward to the rainy days that are forecasted for this area in the next few days.

ATTENTION!! Saturday's market hours have changed!! The market will be open from 8:30 am to 12 noon (instead of 1 pm) to try to get everyone out of the 100 degree plus temperatures that are forecasted. Come shop early!
