Todd Widmark, the owner of Honeybrook Farms, has been working with bees since 1968. At that time he was 12 years old, he had an opportunity
to work as an apprentice with a master beekeeper from Germany for over eight years. During this time of apprenticeship he started up his own apiaries
on the family farm in Gardiner NY, "Widmark Farms", where he also was kept busy tending to the many animals,

including pet bears " Bo " & "Objee". In the late 1970S he left the farm to start a full time apiary way upstate NY on the St. Lawrence River, and Lake Ontario. 100% of his time was spent with the bee's
that he always had a love for, producing bulk honey and honey comb, selling it wholesale and also supplying honey for his mother, Mary Widmark, back at Widmark Farms
in Gardiner. Todd is now back in the Hudson Valley, and he along with his wife Wenche, are still selling honey wholesale, and he still has
a never ending interest in bees, and all the things they teach us. We are located in the shadows of the Shawangunk mountains, minutes from Mohonk Mountain, and
we now offer our delicious honey direct to you!
