Homemade kimchi is ALWAYS in my fridge! 😍 I got this amazing recipe from my friend in Chicago, and the best part? It’s made WITHOUT fish sauce! 🙌🌶️

I made a batch, and it turned out SO GOOD! Spicy, tangy, crunchy, and full of flavor! 🤤❤️

Now I’m thinking… should I make homemade kimchi available at Keziah’s Kitchen? 👀✨

🎃🍂 MISSION: FIND THE BIGGEST PUMPKIN! 🍂🎃

When your husband tells you he wants to cook a WHOLE CHICKEN INSIDE A GIANT PUMPKIN with vegetables… you know you have a serious fall mission! 😂🐔🎃

So off I went on my pumpkin hunt! But wait… I couldn’t leave without grabbing some fresh pumpkin shoots and blossoms, too! 🌱🌼 Because this Thai girl already has plans to cook them with my Thai friends! 🇹🇭❤️

One pumpkin for my husband’s big cooking adventure, and more pumpkin goodness for our Thai-style feast. Now THAT’S how we do fall! 🍂👩🏻‍🍳

And after trying this amazing fall cooking adventure, I told my husband…

“WE HAVE TO MAKE THIS OUR YEARLY FALL TRADITION FROM NOW ON!” 🥰🎃❤️
