Maple season is off to a SWEET start! 🍁

500+ gallons in just 2 days with around 200 taps

Our youngest has taken her role as “supervisor” very seriously 😂 (mostly just sappy about watching instead of helping).

A few warm days might slow the flow, but the forecast is still looking tree-mendously promising 🌳

We have some exciting news up our sleeve!

We will be at Pine City Farmers' Market June 21 2025 from 11-1 with not only our homemade maple syrup but we also now have maple sugar, and maple almonds for sale! Cant make it tomorrow? Send us a message we are available for local deliveries or pick up!

After long days of tapping trees, boiling, and refining we ended up with a total of 44 gallons of syrup. We will save you the math that's roughly 1,760 gallons from the tree we had to collect and boil down.

You can find our it at Mia’s Café and Federated Co-Op in Pine City, or just send us a message, and we can hook you up with your own jar of sweet goodness. Local delivery and pick up is also an option!

But that’s not all! We’ve been working on something special behind the scenes, and while we’re not quite ready to announce it just yet, we’re super close! Be sure to keep an eye on our updates. We can’t wait to share the news with you soon!

Yesterday, we bottled our first round of syrup for the season, and it’s looking amazing! This week’s weather is shaping up perfectly for the sap to keep flowing, so we’re expecting another great run.

We now have syrup available for sale:

🍁 Quarts – $25

Local pickup and delivery are available, and we’re happy to discuss shipping upon request.

We collected a whopping 366 gallons of sap today! That’s the highest total we’ve gathered in a single day this year. The trees were running like crazy, and our collection bags were proof—many were completely full and nearly overflowing by the time we got to them!

With the perfect combination of chilly nights and warm days, the sap flow has been strong, and today’s haul is proof of that. If this trend continues, we’re in for a treat with what little of the season that we have left!
