County Line Fruit Stand

County Line Fruit Stand Leon Zechman is a local fruit grower who sells fruit and vegetables from his stand. He has 2 orchards: 1 in
Schuylkill county and 1 in Berks county.

Started by Leon's Father in 1970 as a hobby of 15 trees, Leon
took over when his father passed away. Fruits and vegetables
that are in season are sold, along with assorted baked goods,
homemade mint tea and root beer, and a variety of other goods.

It is with deep regret we are informing our customers on the decision to close the Fruit Stand this year, 2026. Due to a total freeze during bloom in our orchards we lost 100% of our crop. This happened state wide on the loss of fruit. Our decision was not an easy one to make since this has never happened before. We thank you for your patronage and support you've shown us over the years.
