Happy Mother’s Day everyone, especially to my beautiful mother in heaven, whom I'll always be grateful for. I love and miss her more than anything. She's the inspiration for everything I do, especially with the food truck, which started as a hobby for her when she was off duty. She loved her community and loved to cook. She was an amazing mother, auntie, sister, daughter, and friend. I'll forever be grateful and thankful to learn her recipes to keep her memory alive. She's what made Mama Jo's possible. Thank you to everyone who follows our page and continues to support us.
