When in Peru we eat carpaccio de lomo. A dish made with thinly sliced beef tenderloin served cold with parmesan, and olive oil.

Along with Peruvian arroz con pollo (chicken and rice). The rice gets its green color from blended cilantro and herbs cooked right into it.🍗🍚🌿🇵🇪

A taste of Peru 🇵🇪 Pachamanca, the legendary food of the Incas. It is a traditional Peruvian dish dating back to the Incas, where meat, potatoes, and corn are slow cooked underground with hot stones.
