Baking prep day! I'll have freshly baked sourdough, scones, baguettes and chocolate croissants available at Pinedale Provisons tomorrow. They are open from 11am to 4pm, Wednesday through Friday. If there are no fresh goodies I've got their freezer well stocked with frozen bread and pastries. 😁

I'm taking a break after this week and will be gone this weekend and back to baking June 23rd. 🙌

I have been baking my gluten free b***y off today. Tomorrow at Pinedale Provisions you can find mini Pumpkin loaves with cream cheese frosting, mini banana bread loaves, chocolate chip banana muffins and Rice Krispie treats. All gluten free. Check out the chocolate covered moose Rice Krispie! Even if you're not gluten free these treats are favorites of my teens and they don't know they aren't "normal".
