Hey, life happens! We know y’all have great intentions to whip up awesome meals to include your amazing microgreens. But…the kids are late for soccer & the drive-thru it is 😬. The weekend comes and you still have some leftover greens. We get that here at MMG!
If you weren’t able to use all of your microgreens, dehydrate them! I put mine in air fryer at 150 degrees for around 90-105 minutes. Grind ‘em up by hand or run through food processor. Store in clean jar in spice cabinet.
Now just shake or sprinkle those micros on whatever you’d like.
Dehydrating at low temps help retain almost all the nutrients!

Use Moore Mighty Greens cilantro to make fresh jalapeño cilantro hummus. Just a few ingredients blended together. Serve with shawarma chicken and warm pita.
